  1. Euphrates, Incorporated is a modern feta cheese manufacturing company located in upstate New York. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility produces top quality, authentic feta using old-world traditions, recipes and long experience of cheese making in Europe.
  2.  Our mission is to satisfy our customers' expectations by offering a high quality product with excellent customer service and very competitive pricing. Bringing his European recipes, our Master Cheese Maker produces a consistently delicious product every time. With our diverse offering, you are sure to find a product that meets your needs. Whether it is feta in 5 gallon pails and an extended shelf life, firm vacuum sealed loaves for grinding at the pizza shops, or crumbled feta for salad bars, we are here to help.

If you're buying 1 pallet a month or multiple truckloads, we will gladly pack your private label and have the ability to ship anywhere in the country within just a few days. And finally, our monthly pricing structure allows us to remain two steps ahead of the industry with the most aggressive pricing for our customers.
